If they've decided to move to Charlotte, they saw it as an advantage to them. Every city plays the incentives game so that's not unique...Take Chiquita for example. The direct flights to their key markets from Charlotte played a big role in their relocating. Because you (anonymous!?) don't like Charlotte didn't stop it from being the fastest growing metro region in the US for the last decade.
